Meet the Team Shannon Moore Boniface, Founder

Shannon Moore Boniface was the founder of Careers First. Shannon grew up in East Texas and moved to Santa Fe in 1992. After many successful years of work in commercial real estate development, property management and sales in Texas and New Mexico she started working for an employment agency and knew she had found her true passion. After several years with the agency she realized the Santa Fe business community really needed an employment agency that would take the time to find and match the best qualified individuals with the specific needs of each business.

Shannon’s husband, Edmund Boniface, a local award-winning architect, encouraged her to start her own business and with his help she put her plans in motion, and Careers First began.

Shannon has helped hundreds of job seekers and employers, and the awards she’s received for that work are a testament to her professionalism. But her record of service also demonstrates her commitment to the health and wealth of Santa Fe.

In 2018 Careers First merged with ITSQuest, Inc.
