Treatment Plan Presenter. Work closely with this well known state-of-the art Dental Clinic! This clinic offers a lot more than the typical dental services we think of! This position is crucial to the success of the entire clinic. You are involved in the treatment plan for each patient. You will meet with patients along with the Dentist and then present their treatment plan. Many of the procedures are cosmetic and patients are very excited about the process! You will discuss the cost and any financial arrangements that may be necessary. You will also assist in scheduling the procedures in the appropriate order. This position is sales based so professionalism and an upbeat attitude are a must! You will be involved in all follow-up with your patients including selecting the correct color from color charts, working closely with the dental lab technicians, ensuring all products are correct, etc. Any prior dental office experience is a plus! Ideal candidates will be comfortable up selling services, be polished and positive and enjoy knowing that your patients are happy! $30-34K Base plus incentives plus benefits. Professional development will also be provided. Monday through Wednesday, 8 5; Thursday 9 - 3. The office is closed every Friday. Realistic range with incentives is $60-70K!
Office / Administrative Assistant. This organization is growing! We are seeking an assistant who can multi-task without getting stressed! The position involves answering phones; managing day-to-day duties such as mail, faxes, deliveries, office supplies, etc. You will also perform some basic bookkeeping (coding invoices, entering payments) and will be trained as a back-up Payroll Coordinator. You will need excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. You will produce weekly production reports for management. You will also manage the calendar and make travel arrangements. Experienced Front Desk Receptionist. This is a multi-faceted position! You will work with two other receptionists at the front desk of this medical/dental practice. You will also be involved in educating your patients about additional procedures and services the Doctors can provide. Legal Assistant for an established firm focused on environmental / water law. You will assist two senior attorneys in all legal matters. You will perform a combination of some secretarial and paralegal duties. You will also act as a trainer for a junior legal secretary. MS Word skills are a must along with familiarity of NM court laws and filings. The position can be part-time (3 days per week) or full-time. Full-time salary range is $40 45K plus excellent benefits.
Executive Assistant for CEO of private school. You will manage all aspects of this busy CEO’s office and perform tasks that are diverse and advanced. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the administrative functions of the office. Candidates must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and a professional demeanor and appearance. You will be required to anticipate every need and respond in a timely manner; prepare agendas for meetings; take minutes at meetings and provide constant support and reminders of upcoming appointments. You will also assist in preparing for all meetings, events and appointments. You truly are an “extension” of the CEO. You must be a problem solver using expert judgment and knowledge at all times. You must have prior bookkeeping experience and have strong QuickBooks Pro and Excel proficiency. Los Alamos - Field Administrative Assistant. Assist the Job Superintendent at the field office. You will be his right hand, answer calls, handle expense reports, issue and retrieve all security badges and oversee all project reporting. You will also be responsible for any correspondence, organization and filing. You are on the jobsite so the environment is casual. You may choose a 7 am to 4:30 pm or 8 am to 5 pm schedule. MS Office proficiency is required; advanced Excel experience is a plus. $30 36K + benefits.

Controller. A new business is coming to Santa Fe! We are seeking a Controller with the ability to set-up and oversee the financial department. This opportunity will start as a contract position for approximately 3 to 6 months but if you are the right “fit” you may become an on-going employee. You will be involved in selecting the appropriate computer system and the accounting software. You will be in charge of seeing the transition from beginning to end. Candidates must have experience with higher level accounting software such as Great Plains, MAS90 or Peachtree.
