Experienced Paralegal
for small firm specializing in plaintiff personal injury. We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, exceptional organizational control and the ability to independently handle paralegal responsibilities. You will draft legal documents, manage court calendars and required deadlines and review and respond appropriately to requests for information. You will work closely with the attorney so your attention to detail and listening skills must be top notch. You must be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and possess excellent writing and research skills. The firm offers a great work environment and competitive salary along with generous benefits. $42,000 to $50,000 depending on your experience.


Home Purchase Advisor.
This non-profit organization is dedicated to helping New Mexico families live the dream of owning a home. Candidates MUST be fluent in Spanish - no considerations. Any mortgage lending background is a huge plus. The position requires a very patient and caring personality; you may work with a family for a couple of years. You are advising and counseling them on creating a budget, how to pay off debt and how to structure their finances in order to buy a home. You work very closely one on one so your communication skills must be top notch. This position is for someone who wants to make a difference, not just earn a paycheck. $40,000 to $45,000 plus excellent benefits.


Legal Assistant.
Provide legal secretarial and paralegal assistance, proofreading and office support to this busy attorney, whose general practice has an emphasis with natural resources, water and environmental law, including litigation and commercial utility. The culture of this law firm is collegial, team-oriented and balanced. The attorney is very dependent on this person and asks for candidates who are diligent, easy to get along with and have a sincere attitude of a team-player. Interesting work for candidates with at least two to three years legal experience, organizational skills, exceptional research and writing skills and independent thinking! Candidates must have strong WordPerfect and MS Word skills. $40,000 to $45,000 plus excellent benefits. This interesting opportunity will start on a temporary basis with the intent of becoming an on-going position.

He needs someone who will take a personal stake in taking care of his professional life. 30 to 40 hours per week; $16 to $18 per hour.


Part-time Real Estate Broker's Assistant.

You will support him both professionally and in his personal life. The position includes a variety of tasks and you will be required to move seamlessly between the tasks and different settings. We are looking for someone with a highly professional attitude, excellent communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to predict needs and provide for them in advance, as well as a willingness to follow requests to the letter. Experienced Personal Insurance Account Manager.
The Account Manager services existing clients as well as assisting and supporting Agents with new clients. You will handle the day-to-day servicing of an existing book of business and develop relationships with clients and agents. You will handle new accounts and renewals, policy changes, complete applications, issue Certificates of Insurance / ID Cards and cross sell new products. You will also support the personal lines producers by entering account information, creating proposals and a lot of hands-on, superior customer service! Our ideal candidate must have a current New Mexico insurance license, have five plus years of personal lines experience at an independent agency, know Microsoft Office programs and have experience with AMS 360 database software. We would also like for you to have working knowledge of Chubb, MetLife and Hartford Insurance. This agency is New Mexico’s oldest independent insurance agency! $40,000 to $45,000 plus excellent benefits and the potential of commission depending on your production. We also have opportunities in Albuquerque!


Bookkeeper
for real estate development / property management and hotel management company. Candidates must have 3 plus years high level accounting experience (an Accounting Degree is preferred but not required) along with Great Plains proficiency. You must also have intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manage multiple accounts, prepare all payroll and related tax reporting along with operational day-to-day accounting. You may also be involved with some Human Resources responsibilities. Any hotel accounting experience is a huge plus - especially hotel receivables! You must be a team player as you will work under the direction of the controller and assist the owner and the property manager with tenant calls and requests. This position requires candidates who know high-level accounting procedures up to tax preparation. Any real estate related or hotel accounting experience is a plus. $35,000 to $40,000 plus benefits plus bonuses!


Experienced Sales Manager.
Work for one of Santa Fe’s well known luxury boutiques. Candidates must have five or more years of management experience. You will be required to perform successful sales and in doing so act as a role-model for your sales staff. The ability to multi-task is a must. Former experience in a high end clothing or jewelry retail environment is essential to land this incredible opportunity. On-going sales and management training is offered. Your experience with staff motivation and leadership, marketing, scheduling, financial analysis and impeccable customer service skills will get you an interview. Your sales ability can get you the job! $55,000 to $70,000 base plus commission plus benefits.
